1999 - Buff daddy was formed by guitarist Bobby Michaels & Drummer Mark chiaramonte . The two met during Mark's short stint with NJ based band Phantasm. The two became close friends and after Phantasm ended , the two continued back to thier roots of playing hard rock. After recruting Dave Marks on vocals & Phil anderson on Bass, Rehearsals started rapidly and becgan booking shosws. Playing gigs in such venues as The Wreck Room and Birch Hill two of the finest Clubs NJ has to offer Buff Daddy was starting to draw attention again on the local scene. nov

Buff Daddy at that point recorded a rough demo but it also led up to Phil Anderson's departure

 

 

     

Late 1999 in walked Mike Parks on Bass and backing vocals . nov 1999 Buff Daddy played it's first gig in CT . Although maintaining a large crowd in NJ. CT was about to get hit with some Original Rock N Roll. Rehearsing for 3 yrs in NJ and a gig once a week Buff was making some noise in the Tri State area....Then worked its way up to two gigs in NY , NJ and then CT

 

 

     

Opening for such bands like Bret Michaels, dokken, Quiet Riot, TT Quickand the Infamous Lizzy Borden Buff Daddy was tearing up the stages at the Webster Theatre, City Limits and moreSelling ticket after ticket and packing the clubs Buff Daddy was blasting great orginal rock. Having alot of also playing with alot of our friends in such bands as Theater Of Pain, Bad Hair Day and more

 

 

     

After a few years with the depart of Bassists Mike Parks and Vocalist Dave Parks we went on to add Bassists John Byar and Vocalist Jorge Fomagal who graciously stepped in till we found our replacement . At this point Buff Daddy hit the studio and started there 12 song CD "Who's Your Daddy". Glenn Miahl walked in and sang his ass off on the debut CD.

Shortly after another depart of Bassist John Byar, In walked Rick O'Neil, First show with no band Rehearsal we hit the Webster Theatreand opened for Sebastain Bach.

 

 

 
   

 

Bobby & Mark felt this was the lineup to debut "Who's Your Daddy" 2004 it hit. with 700 Cd's sold in 3 weeks, It caught the attention of a few distributers where 400 cd's sold in 1 month and and 25 sold in a day with other company. Still pumping out shows Buff Daddy was ripping up stages opening for bands like Bret Michaels again and Stephen Pearcy 7 times and so many more

Buff Daddy made its return to the stage after 17 yrs and only 1 rehearsal

Drummer Mark chiaramonte returned the band for the 20 Yr Anniversary of The Station fire " Rock For Rhode Island" with over 100 people in attantance Buff proved the they didnt really go away they just took a break
